Hey everyone! Long time no journal entry. First off I wanted to announce that I will be chilling at Montreal Comicon next weekend, selling prints and giving away Demon Road swag. Come by and say hi! I'll be across from the Guest Artist area at the back of the AA. Look forward to see you there!
Second thing on the list of announcements... Although things have been quiet here on DA they haven't been quiet elsewhere. My life recently got a lot more crazy than usual because I acquired a new job at Hibernum Creations as a 2D artist. I'm really excited about this job because it will give me a chance to pay off some horribly crippling student debt and challenge me daily with creative industry geared art projects. What this also means for me is that with a 9-5 full time job, my commission production will be slowing down considerably as I'll only be able to work on them after work and when I have time on the weekends. I know I have a rather large queue right now so I understand if some people will be disappointed in the elongated wait time, but I'm only human after all. If for whatever reason you do not want to wait for me to get to your commission you can note me and we'll discuss refunds or other arrangements. I'm open to whatever you guys suggest as this job has become pretty demanding pretty quick and I don't want to leave my commissioners in the dark. With that said I fully intend to get to all the commissions by the end of the year.
After this batch is done however, I very much doubt I will be taking on anymore. This could very well be the last batch of commissions I'll complete for a long time.
Last but not least I want to thank my awesome commissioners from over the years. Some of you have stuck with me for a while, while others have just recently bought work from me and continued to support me and my art. I would seriously be nothing without you guys and I hope you all stick around for the personal and professional work I will continue to post.
