_{I'll be attending Otafest this coming weekend as well as Anime North the weekend after that. I'll also be selling this print at Otakon, Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, and Ai-Kon.

There is a serious lack of Ganon art on the interwebs these days. Link is a given, and there will always be plenty of him floating around, but Ganon is largely under-appreciated and ever since I set eyes on the man I've been a huge fan. From the very beginning to every installment of the story he shows up in, he appears to have fallen even further into his own insanity, anger and hatred. The longer he hounds Link and Zelda through the ages the more twisted and crazy he becomes. That theme totally jives with me, and I love that they seem to be reborn happily every time and he is stuck with his memories of the past battles plaguing him. I feel kind of bad for the guy, actually. He really got a shit deal. But I guess that's what you get when you're an evil psychopath.

Sooo.. I wanted to show the Duality of Link and Ganon, opposing forces, and how Ganon always seems to be on the brink of winning when Link is able to rise up and defeat him.
